The Cassidy Records Group name, logo, site design and text are owned by CASSIDY RECORDS GROUP. Artist photography and release artwork are the property of the respective artists, rights holders and their licensors, and are displayed here to present the roster and catalogue. Nothing on this site transfers any licence or right to reuse that material.
Submitting a demo
- You must own or control the rights to the music you send, or have permission from everyone who does.
- Sending a demo does not create a contract, an obligation for us to respond, or any partnership. Nothing is agreed until it is agreed in a signed written agreement.
- You keep all rights in your music. We use your submission only to evaluate it and to contact you about it.
- We may already be working on, or receive from someone else, material that resembles what you send. Submitting a demo does not give you a claim over such material, and we accept no obligation of confidentiality beyond handling your submission with reasonable care.
Services and the revenue-share model
The services described on this site are offered to approved partners only. Where we state that there are no upfront service fees, that applies to approved partnerships operating under an agreed revenue-share arrangement. The specific services, percentages, territories and term are set out in the individual written agreement between the parties, which prevails over anything on this website.
No guarantees
Figures shown on this site describe past results across the roster. They are not a promise or a forecast of any particular outcome. Music results depend on many factors outside anyone’s control.
