This policy explains what personal data CASSIDY RECORDS GROUP collects through cassidyrecordsgroup.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It applies to this website only.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, artist or company name, any link you provide, the inquiry type and your message.
- Demo submission form: your artist name, email address, song title, genre, the demo link, and optionally your Spotify profile, Instagram handle and a short message.
- Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, time of request) and, only if you consent, analytics data about how the site is used.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Why we use it
- To read and answer your message or evaluate your demo — this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and the step before entering a contract when you approach us about working together.
- To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest.
- To understand how the site is used — only with your consent, which you give or withhold in the cookie banner and can change at any time.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email to contact@cassidyrecordsgroup.com and are read by the Cassidy Records Group team. We also rely on service providers who process data on our behalf: our web host, our email provider, and — where you have consented — our analytics provider. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and demo submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@cassidyrecordsgroup.com. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
